Jean-Christophe Novelli will be hosting two cookery workshops during the food festival weekend, at which a handful of people will be taught how to create sumptuous dishes by the Frenchman himself.
They take place on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning at Outcook, Alnwick’s first cookery school, above Outlook HEC.
The dishes he will demonstrate come from his Simply Novelli cookbook, which was released in December, by Relish Publications.
The course costs £169 per person - but a similar course at Novelli’s own cookery school, in Luton, costs between £350 and £495 per session.
And one of the places on the Sunday morning course is being raffled by Outcook with tiskets costing £1 each and a host of other prizes also on offer.
Proceeds from the raffle will go to the Jam Jar Army’s beneficiary, The Stephen Carey Fund, and the raffle will be drawn on Saturday afternoon by Jean-Christophe Novelli.
To get your tickets either visit Outlook or the festival information stall on Saturday.
