Folk band at art gallery
A BBC 2 Folk Award nominated group will be on stage at a north Northumberland art gallery later this month.
Lady Maisery will be performing at Felton’s Gallery 45 on Tuesday, May 24.
Nominated for the Horizon BBC Folk Award in 2012 and for BestDebut at the Spiral Awards, the band explores vocal harmony to breathtaking effect, through its fresh interpretations of songs and ballads. Its debut album received much critical acclaim and was declared Album of the Week by The Independent.
