Flying in for servicemen

Aircraft from across the country will fly in to Northumberland this weekend as part of the Great North Fly In.

Held at Eshott Airfield the event will see Light Aircraft, Microlights, Auto Gyros, and Paramotors landing as well as a host of other attractions, including a vintage car show, stalls, paintballing, live music, Blyth Battery, Red Army re-enactors and the Time Bandits to name a few.

The event is being held in aid of the Royla British Legion and Fallen Fusiliers.

It runs on Saturday and Sunday at the airfield with gates opening from 10am.
