The famous locomotive is on a three-day excursion to Edinburgh and Fife.

It is due to pass Morpeth at 6.23pm, Alnmouth at 6.41pm and Belford at 6.58pm.

It will then stop in Berwick at 7.15pm for half an hour before continuing north.

However, steam enthusiasts have been warned of the dangers of trespassing on railway lines or using drones.

Police and transport officials say drone use is not permitted within 50m of the line and onlookers should stay well away from the tracks.
