As a demand-led programme, Business Northumberland continues to build on its success since it started delivering workshops in March 2017, and has adapted its suite of workshops to enable local businesses across all sectors to realise and achieve their growth aspirations.

Katherine Briggs, of Finchale Training, has joined the team to deliver the digital marketing and social media element of the programme.

Finchale Training will be covering everything from workshops tailored to each individual social media platform, to support generating content plans and an overall marketing strategy.

Katherine is joined by Ross Golightly, of Sphera Consulting, who will be concentrating on helping businesses to identify new areas to grow and to accelerate revenue and profit growth.

John Allan, of Altius Online Marketing, will be joining the team to focus on delivering website and SEO support, helping businesses to build their own websites and optimise them effectively to increase customer engagement.

The trio will join Pat Beaumont, of Beaumont Associates, and Ian Swain, of IS Business and Finance, who have already delivered more than 40 workshops through the programme covering all aspects of HR support and finance for business respectively.
