Climate change workshops are being held in Alnwick.

A programme of specialist creative workshops, talks and events has been launched which aim to highlight the issue of global warming, with a call to action for those who wish to become involved.

2040, whereby filmmaker Damon Gameau travels the world in search of new approached and solutions to global warming, will be screened at Alnwick Playhouse on February 11 at 7.30pm.

Tricia Cresswell and Lesley Turner of Buzzzwriters will also host creative writing workshops in response to the climate emergency.

The series of 12 workshops begin on Wednesday, January 22 from 6.30pm to 8.45pm (then every alternate week).
