Missing man believed to have gone into water off Northumberland coast
Police believe that a missing man may have sadly gone into water off the Northumberland coast.
Keith, from Amble, has not been seen since the evening of Saturday, February 28.

Extensive enquiries have been carried out by Northumbria Police since he was reported missing to locate the 62-year-old, including a thorough review of CCTV in the Amble area.
As part of their investigation, police now believe that Keith has gone into the North Sea off Amble’s coast sometime in the early hours of Sunday, March 1.
Detective Inspector Andy Doyle, of the Force’s Northumberland Area Command, said: “Our thoughts are firmly with the family and loved ones of Keith as we deliver this update in our investigation.
“We continue to offer them support and would ask that their privacy is respected.
“Sadly, it is our belief that Keith has gone into the water sometime in the early hours of March 1.
“We have carried out thorough searches of the Amble area since Keith was reported missing and this has included an in-depth trawl of CCTV footage.
“Working alongside HM Coastguard and the RNLI, our Marine Unit has also searched water off the coast in the hopes of finding him.
“We will act on any new information provided to us around Keith’s whereabouts.”
Det Insp Doyle added: “I’d like to thank all of our officers who have taken part in search activity as well as those in our partner organisations. Your efforts are very much appreciated.
“I would also express my gratitude to those members of the public who shared our appeal to locate Keith on social media. Your support does not go unnoticed.”
