ELECTION: I will still take an interest
I would like to say a big thank-you to the residents of Amble, Hauxley and Togston who voted for me in the county council election on May 4.
The result showed a substantial increase in our share of the vote and bodes well for the future.
I will still take an interest in the developments in Amble and will support the new county council administration, which has pledged to work with local communities to create their own futures.
