Eclectic mix of artists lined up for concerts

A new season of concerts at a north Northumberland bed and breakfast has been announced.

St Cuthbert’s House in Seahouses plays host to a number of artists throughout the year and the 2016 line-up is up and running.

Guitar phenomenon Clive Carroll will bring his masterful compositions and arrangements on Saturday March 26, and Saturday, April 23, will see Blue Rose Code perform, with Edinburgh-born Ross Wilson singing with raw honesty.

Jack Harris, whose album the Flame and the Pelican was in the Telegraph’s top 10 of roots/folk albums in 2012, will being entertaining on Saturday, June 11.

Jesse Terry will be returning to St Cuthbert’s House on Saturday, July 9, after playing there three years ago and Elbow Jane, one of the top acoustic acts in the country, will be there on Saturday, September 10.

Connla, an exciting new band with strong traditional roots will be performing onSaturday, October 8.

Doors for the events open at 7pm for pre-concert drinks with music starting around 7.45pm.

Numbers are stictly limited and tickets must be booked in advance.

Tickets are £10 per person and all ticket money will be passed to the artists.
