At Cragside there is a Cadbury Easter Egg hunt throughout the weekend, and an Easter Bunny Trail running throughout the school holidays.

The Cadbury Easter Egg hunt is also taking place at Wallington.
And the National Trust property is also hosting live lambing events.

You can take a short scenic tractor trailer ride through the Wallington estate to Broomhouse Farm to get a close-up experience of lambing on a working farm. Enjoy a guided tour of the lambing shed, visit the ‘lamb hospital’ to see how newborn lambs are looked after in intensive care, and help to bottle-feed the lambs.

New for this year, those completing the quest will also receive a Play-Doh prize, which includes a pot of the squidgy stuff to get creative with and an activity booklet.

An Easter craft fair is taking place at Warkworth Memorial Hall on Monday, from 10.30am to 4.30pm, with top quality hand-crafted products from some of the area’s leading artisans.
