A post on Druridge Bay parkrun’s Facebook page said: ‘Sadly due to treacherous conditions on our course and no prospect of improvement by tomorrow morning considering the weather forecast we are cancelling our parkrun tomorrow.’
The Newbiggin course is due to be inspected later on today.
