DISPLAYS: Team does a great job
A big thank you to the team from Alnwick Town Council who are responsible for our floral decorations around the town.
They do a great job throughout the year.
At present, I am enjoying the RAF Roundel in the Column Field and the WI one almost opposite it, reflecting on 100 years of Votes for Women, in the Suffragette colours.
Both are situated close to the war memorial, which is very fitting as they remind us of special centenaries this year and of people who gave of themselves for their community and beliefs.
