Northumberland's latest reported crime hot spots are revealed

The latest reported crime hot spots across large swathes of Northumberland have been revealed following the publication of new figures.

The Home Office statistics for June, released on the www.police.uk website, cover Northumbria Police’s Alnwick, Berwick and Morpeth neighbourhoods and stress that incidents are said to have taken place “on or near” named locations.

Twenty-four incidents, including 16 violence and sexual offences (classed together), are said to have taken place "on or near" here.
