Twenty-six members met at the Horseshoes restaurant in Rennington.

The competition was a photograph of Craster village. The winners were: 1 Shirley Tucker; 2 Sybil Dawson; 3 Pat Jones. The raffle was won by Doris Clarke and Jacqui Reaves.

The menu was varied and served by Mark and Louise.

Birthday flowers had been delivered to Nancy Grey, Trish Flegg, Gill Twyford, Beryl Ainslie, Pat Jones and Sylvia Biott.

Future events are a cancer coffee morning, on February 25, in aid of Seahouses Relief and Support and the Chemotherapy Unit at Alnwick Infirmary.

The i newsletter cut through the noise

Preparations for the day will be at 6pm, on Friday, February 24, in the Memorial Hall, Craster.

For the Great British Spring Clean people can collect bags and gloves from the Memorial Hall at 10am, pick up litter, then return to the hall for coffee and cake.

We are holding an Easter Bunny Beetle Drive on Tuesday, April 4, at 1.30pm. It costs £3.50, including tea and cake. There will be a raffle. This event should be fun so come along. It is open to all.
