Callaly: Mr & Mrs Simmons, Museum Wing 1, Callaly Castle, listed building consent – replace cracked and failed stone lintel with new lintel.

Eglingham: Indica Properties Ltd, Eglingham CofE Aided First School, change of use from former school to residential use and removal of timber-frame classroom and concrete yard to form landscaped gardens and drive.

Longframlington: Mr & Mrs Aird, land south of Ashlea, outline planning application including access with all other matters reserved for the redevelopment of a PDL site for up to three houses.
