The latest planning applications submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Belford: Sylvia Carr, 2 Clark Place, listed building consent for installation of gas fire central heating system, new gas supply and balanced flue to rear elevation.

Guyzance: John Craig, Woodbine Cottage, 5 Guyzance Village, listed building consent – demolition of garage, construction of garden room, removal of gas tank and installation of below-ground tank.

Longhoughton: Charlotte Boulter, Siriushair Post Office, North End, change of use from class A1 to A3 to incorporate changing use from electrical appliance repair shop to sandwich shop/café, premises in question known locally as The Old Post Office, shop will initially serve cold food, with a possibility of serving warm food in the future.

Lowick: Peter Worlock, land north of Western House, 3 Main Street, dwelling house and garage; Roy Cossar, The Causeway, Dryburn Road, erection of one residential unit with garage.

Seahouses: Ian McDermott, 2 James Street, retrospective – shed and fence.
