Cafés are firmly rooted in the heart of communities across north Northumberland. And now the Gazette can name the area’s favourite.
We asked readers to cast their vote to name the top spot in their community that serves up the best teas or coffees, from a shortlist of 18 venues.
You voted in your hundreds and we are delighted to announce that The Copper Kettle Tea Rooms at Bamburgh topped the poll and is crowned the Northumberland Gazette Café of the Year 2015.
The quaint, traditional tea rooms sit in the heart of the village and serve an array of home-prepared and cooked food. Check out www.copperkettletearooms.com
