Residents are being consulted on a proposal to install double-yellow lines in an area of Alnwick.
Northumberland County Council has received concerns about parked cars at St James Estate, which can cause congestion and obstruct traffic flow.
To tackle this, it is being proposed to provide a no waiting at any time parking restriction on the east side of the road.
People can comment on the proposal at http://traffic consult.northumberland.gov.uk before the Thursday, August 23, deadline. A decision will be taken based on the comments received.
