CONCERTS: Please cater for all tastes
I have seen the website of shows on at the Playhouse in Alnwick and, so far, nearly every concert next year is going to be an opera, from January until May.
Not everybody wants opera, people want pop shows, like myself.
There should be equal amounts of pop, as well as classical.
Berwick Maltings is 31 miles north of Alnwick and Newcastle is about 30 miles south, so Alnwick is local.
I’ve seen there are also tribute acts on in one or two of the pubs in Alnwick.
