Club collection helps young people
Jo Jackson, organiser for Warkworth and Acklington of The Children's Society, received £200 from Fred Calvert, right, and Derek Conway on behalf of the Rotary Club of Amble and Warkworth, which raised the money from the club's Christmas collection.
Mrs Jackson said: “This contribution will help locally in the scheme called Scarpa Project, which helps vulnerable young people in the north east who are at risk from physical and sexual abuse.”
