Caroline is delighted to be publishing her sixth book with HarperCollins and has thanked The Chocolate Spa, Alnwick, local chocolatier June Carruthers and to Louise at Cabosse, in Warkworth, for their advice.

She said: “The chocolate research I did was so much fun! I learnt how to make truffles and there’s a recipe at the back of the book.”

The e-book is available on Amazon Kindle, iBooks and Kobo, among others. The paperback will follow on July 26, available locally in Sainsbury’s in August, in Waterstones in the North East, and on Amazon.
