The Cosy Seaside Chocolate Shop, by Caroline Roberts, is set in a fictional Northumberland harbour village, inspired by Craster and Warkworth.

The poignant story focuses on love, laughter, community spirit and chocolate.

Caroline is delighted to be publishing her sixth book with HarperCollins and has thanked The Chocolate Spa, Alnwick, local chocolatier June Carruthers and to Louise at Cabosse, in Warkworth, for their advice.

She said: “The chocolate research I did was so much fun! I learnt how to make truffles and there’s a recipe at the back of the book.”
