Belford-based charity Bell View recently held a coffee morning to raise funds for two other important groups operating in the area.

Proceeds were split between Seahouses & District Cancer Care and the Alnwick branch of the Multiple Sclerosis Society, which received £233 each.

Paul Harrison, from Bell View, said: “Although we are a charity ourselves and rely on donations, it is always really worthwhile supporting other causes that also carry out good work in the area. Well done to our fund-raising team.”
