CHARGES: Tenants have not been told
I am a Hadston housing tenant and I have never received a letter concerning a service charge of £1.50 per week for Isos.
If Isos has sent these letters out to tenants in Hadston, none of us has received them, and I am pleased Coun Scott Dickinson is on the ball about this matter.
