BUSES: Service must be reliable

You are serving a very rural area and are the only bus company on this particular route so you must be consistently reliable.

On the last three occasions, my husband and I used your bus, you either: 1 broke down on re-entering Rothbury; 2 were forced to stop every few yards for the engine to cool; 3 didn’t turn up at all.

I do understand that breakdowns occur, but reliability of service is crucial and when you are waiting at the bus stop, not being certain that transport is going to turn up is not good enough.

Could I make one suggestion? Let would-be passengers know if a bus is going to fail to turn up.
