BREXIT: Parliament held to ransom

To me, there is no other way to describe the pressure being put on the Prime Minister by the European Research Group, which accounts for less than 10 per cent of our MPs.

It most certainly does not represent ‘the will of the people’.

The North East of England, including North Northumberland, is the region of the UK which will be most catastrophically hit by the ‘hard Brexit’ these people seek.

Our Berwick-upon-Tweed constituency MP Anne-Marie Trevelyan must be brought to account and reminded that she is supposed to represent the welfare of her constituents, not a handful of rich extremists.
