A young boy band who wowed the Britain’s Got Talent judges will be appearing in Alnwick this summer.
Bring It North made it through to the semi-finals of this year’s ITV show, melting the hearts of the nation.
The five youngsters, aged between 10 and 12, will open for multi-million-selling global superstars, Il Divo, at the concert in Alnwick Pastures on Sunday, July 15.
Legendary singer Michael Ball will also sing at the Northumberland gig, in the shadow of Alnwick Castle.
Peter Taylor, director of concert promotions at Cuffe & Taylor, said: “We’re so pleased to have Bring It North open the proceedings at the show.
“We’ve been overwhelmed by their talent at such a young age.
“They’ve won the hearts of the nation and we can’t wait for them to win the hearts of our audience too.”
The Il Divo concert is one of four mega live shows in the Pastures next month.
The first is Nile Rodgers and CHIC, on Wednesday, July 11; followed by the return of Sir Tom Jones, on Friday, July 13; and then Madness, joined by The Lightning Seeds, on Saturday, July 14.
