Books boost for library
Phoebe Hayton, from The Duke's Middle School in Alnwick, has won £250 worth of books from Seven Stories in Newcastle.
She won a competition held by Newcastle Building Society where pupils were asked to write a book on saving money for younger children.
The £250 prize enabled the school to add over 40 new titles to the library.
