BIRTHDAY PARTY Thanks to all involved on day

Despite the inclement weather we had a good turnout of people who were out to enjoy themselves on a special day.

We would especially like to thank Wooler BP Scouts for setting up camp, Bruce Crombie for organising the 5-a-side football, Matthew Leiper and his lads, Wooler Fire Brigade, Wooler Boxing Club, Ben and his Hillbilly Linedancers and to the local Co-op and Doddington Dairy for their generous donations.

We would also like to thank Margaret Brown for not only supplying equipment but also singing with Paulette and Sarianne and to our band of helpers.

Finally a big thank you to our MC for the day Mike Hope, who kept everyone both informed and entertained.
