Bamburgh is king of the castles yet again

FIRST: Bamburgh Castle and village by Susan Dawson.

Bamburgh Castle regularly features in our hunt for the top of the shots.

And a stunning view from Susan Dawson, showing the castle towering over the village, was the pick of the pics with 704 likes, a whole heap more than the three runners-up put together.

SECOND: Cheviot from Chatton by Darren Chapman.

In second place was a view of Cheviot taken from Chatton by Darren Chapman, liked 197 times.

Third spot went to Gary Redfearn’s sunrise at Beadnell, with 146 likes.

In fourth was another view of Beadnell beach, this time with a cloud-laden sky, by Julie Goldson, which attracted 104 likes.
