Amble: Mr & Mrs Davison, land south-west of Alta House, outline permission for erection of one dwelling house; Kris Burnett, The Dock Hotel, 27 Queen Street, resubmission – listed building consent for relocation of kitchen, provision of cafe facilities, accessible toilet and ensuite bedrooms within second-storey rear extension with manager’s accommodation.

Park Leisure 2000 Ltd, Fun World Amusements, Links Road, change of use of amusement arcade to land for siting 10 holiday caravans/lodges including demolition of arcade and the retention of the lodge.

Beadnell: Guy Munden, Tughall Mill, conversion of agricultural mill building to single dwelling (four-bedroom), demolition of bungalow and replacement with dwelling (three-bedroom); Mr & Mrs Murdoch Allan, On The Beach, Harbour Road, dormer extensions and two Juliet balconies.
