APPEAL: Seeking help and books

We are desperately short of books, particularly paperbacks, but all books would be most welcome.

People can leave any donations of books at our bookshop, alongside the White Swan Hotel in Alnwick, or we can collect them.

All the money raised is used by the Lions in its charity endeavours.

Any donations would be much appreciated.

Alnwick Lions Club would also like to hear from anyone who is interested in volunteering to work in our bookshop. You do not need to join the Lions to help out.

If you have some time on your hands and you want to help your local community, we would love to hear from you.
