St Michael’s CofE First School hosted a Spanish Day towards the end of term.
The whole school enjoyed getting dressed up in red and yellow, flamenco dresses and football strips to take part in the day, which is a highlight of the school year.
Beth, a flamenco teacher, joined pupils again this year – back by popular demand. The children loved learning flamenco moves and the paso doble.
They also played games, practised colours, read a Spanish story, sung songs and planned and drank a delicious batido milkshake.
