Alnwick bank closed due to falling stone from roof
An Alnwick town-centre bank has been closed temporarily due to falling stone from its roof.
The entrance to Barclays Bank, on Bondgate Within, is currently cordoned off and a sign on the property's door reads: 'We are unable to open at the moment due to falling stone from the roof. We are awaiting engineers to attend to make safe'.
