A Those Were The Days favourite - Alnwick Fair. These pictures are from a number given to the Gazette for publication over the last few years.
The top picture show Alnwick Fair Queen 1990, believed to be Julie Gearer, with that year’s Fair Princess as well as the court judge, BBC Radio Newcastle presenter Paddy MacDee.
And the bottom picture shows Queen Rachel Pickard and Princess Donna Swindle from the 1989 event.
