The total raised was £303 and the event was supported by the Rotary and Inner Wheel Clubs.

From this, the Interact Club members presented Amble Mayor Jane Dargue with a cheque for £125 towards the Amble War Memorial Clock repair fund.

In addition, the club has agreed to spend a further £120 on 50 shoe boxes for the Rotary Shoe Box Project.

This will become a school project for Amble’s James Calvert Spence College.
