The Alnwick Garden Christmas Light Trail will be unveiled this weekend and part of it will be in the town centre itself.
Alnwick Chamber of Trade members have also worked tirelessly over the last couple of months to add to the display.

Hide AdThanks to a generous donation from Mark Brassell at The Alnwick Garden, a hugely successful Go Fund Me appeal supported by local residents and businesses which raised £3,330 and two successful funding bids that has been made possible.
As a result there will be light installations at The Market Place, The Northumberland Hall, Fenkle Street, Narrowgate, Bailiffgate and Paikes Lane.
This is supported by a Christmas shop window display from a multitude of businesses across the town.
Lisa Aynsley, chairman of the Chamber of Trade, said: “This is a fantastic example of what can be achieved when people work together.

"Their commitment to the people and traders in the town over this crucial trading period has been phenomenal and I for one am extremely grateful, and would like to thank them on behalf of Chamber members.
"There are a number of people to give huge thanks to for making this happen: Emily Pringle of Notes of Northumberland for setting up the Go Fund Me campaign; Fiona Nelson-Van Loon of Ruby Tuesday and Tim Kirton of Alnwick Town Council for writing successful funding bids; Northumberland County Council and Northumberland Estates for their generous funding awards; and of course every business and individual who donated to the Go Fund Me Appeal, the response was overwhelming.
"I encourage everyone to wander around the town to have a look at the lights and shop windows in all their festive glory. I think we could all do with cheering up and this is just perfect.”
