Topping the list of cheapest locations for car insurance premiums is the Isle of Lewis, with a Q2 2020 cost of 276 GBP
Next up is Kirkwall, with a Q2 2020 cost of 280 GBP

Third on the list of Llandrindod Wells in Wales, with a Q2 2020 cost of 281 GBP, only slightly more expensive than Kirkwall in Scotland
Missing out on the top three spot is Dorchester, with a Q2 2020 cost of 286 GBP
