At the meeting, the CCG’s will discuss its past performance and further understand how best to meet communities’ future needs.

The APM also give the general public a chance to put questions to their CCG’s governing body.

Siobhan Brown, CCG chief operating officer, said: “It’s important we listen to the people we serve to fully understand their current concerns and views about how healthcare is provided in future.

“Attending the APM is a great way to get involved, have your say.”
