The 9 areas of Northumberland with ZERO cases of Covid-19

Nine areas of Northumberland have recorded no cases of Covid-19 over the course of a week.

Areas of Northumberland with no Covid-19 cases in the week to February 23.

Latest figures published by Northumberland County Council show the rate is 95.23 positive cases per 100,000 for the week to February 23.

There were 305 positive cases across the county over the same period.

Here are the nine areas which recorded no cases.

Amble ward recorded no Covid cases in the week to February 23, in stark contrast to the picture in early December when it had amongst the highest rates in Northumberland.
Weekly Covid cases in the Wooler ward have generally been in single figures but have now fallen to zero.
Berwick East had no Covid cases in the week to February 23.
There were no positive cases in Berwick West with Ord.
Covid cases have generally been low in the Rothbury ward but have now fallen to zero.
There were no positive cases in Ashington Central in the week to February 23.
Covid cases have been falling in Bywell ward for several weeks and there were none in the week to February 23.
There were no positive cases in Ponteland South with Heddon.
There were no cases in Cramlington East.
