“All tickets booked for a visit between March 27 and June 30 will receive a full refund and our team will be in touch in due course.

“We will be monitoring the situation closely. Updated information will be available on the Alnwick Castle website as and when things change.

“The wider Northumberland Estates business will continue to operate normally as far as possible, and is contactable through the usual channels.”

Hulne Park will remain open to the public. Usual rules apply: free of charge, open 11am until sunset and no dogs allowed.
