Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced Lockdown 3 in England this week, with restrictions coming into play on Tuesday, January 5. And as we all got to grips with the latest national rules, we took to our social media pages, where you shared the activities and hobbies which have had a positive impact on your mental health during these difficult months. Here are some of the suggestions you made – thank you to everyone who shared a story with us.
1. Cooking and baking
The previous lockdowns inspired many of you to get creative in the kitchen, testing out new recipes and trying your hand at sweet treats.

As we enter the new lockdown, Government rules say we are still permitted to go outside for exercise - but that this should be kept to once a day.
