Pupils prepare for Grand Lantern Parade in Alnwick
Pupils at Whittingham C of E Primary School enjoyed a willow lantern-making workshop with Toni Dunn from The Alnwick Garden.
The Year 1 and 2 children took their creations along to the Grand Lantern Parade in Alnwick at the end of last month.
The early evening procession started outside The Alnwick Garden and followed a route into the town centre, culminating in the Market Place with an amazing display of music and lights.
The free parade was led by Spark drummers.
