“I have been head teacher of our remarkable school for 17 years and feel this is the right time to move on.

“After several years of unique change for our community I believe we are very much on the right path for our next head teacher to lead the school to even greater things.

“Clearly there is still lots for me to do this year and I will continue to do whatever I can to move DCHS forward.

“I’ll write in more detail in the coming months about how much I’ve valued my role and what I feel we have achieved together.”
