Headteacher Belinda Athey said delays due to planning permission constraints also prevented certain finding streams being accessed.

But the pupils, staff and families set about organising fund-raising events galore which meant that enough money was raised for the MUGA build to start.

Year 5 and 6 children invited Tom to open the MUGA, after learning about the careers of various past pupils.
