Pupils from Years 5 and 6 had designed formal invitations, which were given to school governors, Toddler Group and community members.
Year 6 led a presentation about Queen Elizabeth II and her incredible 70-year reign, with songs from younger pupils.
Pupils and staff dressed-up in either ‘garden party’ attire, or red, white and blue. Commemorative Royal Mint coins were also presented.
Pupils enjoyed a themed buffet lunch in the hall.
