Donation by local business helps towards home schooling at Northumberland primary school

A donation from a Rothbury business has helped with home schooling at Whittingham Primary.

Woodland Stove Centre donated a significant sum of money to enable Miss Dick, one of the early years teachers, to create wonderful packs for the nursery children who are home learning.

She then arranged for them to be dropped off safely to the families at their homes.

The feedback has been great so far and the early years team are now able to plan even more practical home learning tasks for nursery pupils.
