Burns Day celebrations prove a hit at Northumberland primary school

Pupils, staff and parents enjoyed a fun packed morning.

They started with a whole school assembly, followed by Scottish cooking and dance workshops.

The children learnt how to make oatcakes and also took part in traditional Scottish dancing workshops accompanied by a piper.

Parents and grandparents then joined infor a traditional Burns lunch.
