Northumberland National Park Authority is calling for providers to apply and take over the management of the catering provision at The Sill: National Landscape Discovery Centre, in Hexham.

Currently called Once Brewed, the cafe is on the centre’s first floor, with gorgeous views of the national park looking out towards Hadrian’s Wall.

The space can also be used as a wet weather facility for a number of activities, and it’s hoped that the new franchise will help to raise the commercial profile of The Sill.

Whoever takes the cafe on will also share in the park’s ethos of healthy eating, with fresh, local, and organic produce on offer where possible.

Claire added: “We’re excited to see the culinary talent that is on offer in the North East and make our café and a key part of what is already an award-wining visitor destination.”
