North East pub company which runs several sites in Northumberland expands senior team to help expansion plans

The Inn Collection Group has appointed a new property director as it continues to roll out expansions plans across the north of England.

Louise Stewart joins the team having worked for over 20 years in the commercial property industry, as well as being a chartered building surveyor.

Joining the group from consultants Silverstone Building Consultancy, where she was a director, Louise has vast experience in project managing multi-million-pound refurbishments of commercial property and new-build developments, as well as pre-acquisition surveys and feasibility studies.

Silverstone is appointed on multiple refurbishment projects for the Inn Collection Group and will continue its project management role working with Louise in her new post.

Louise Stewart has joined The Inn Collection Group as property director.

Sean Donkin, The Inn Collection Group’s managing director, said: “We are delighted to welcome Louise to the team.

"As we continue to grow, it is vital we strengthen our team with highly skilled professionals such as Louise, and we are excited for what she will bring to the group. We would like to wish her a long and prosperous association with The Inn Collection Group.”

The company’s current portfolio of pubs stands at 19 with several refurbishments planned this year. The Alchemy backed group is aiming for a site total of 22 by March 31.

Louise said: “It is exciting to join a company with such ambitious growth plans and I can’t wait to get started. Their current offering is something that customers love, and I can’t wait to help continue growing this across all their sites.”

The group’s portfolio includes sites in Northumberland, County Durham, North Yorkshire, Cumbria, and Lancashire.
