“The floor has been carefully mapped out with social distancing stickers so that customers are clearly guided throughout the store and are able to confidently browse without the concern of social distancing measures not being met.

“Sneeze guard screens have been fitted to all till points to protect both staff and customers.

“Until advised otherwise by the government, our fittings rooms will remain open but to a reduced capacity of two fitting rooms compared to four, so that social distancing remains in place at all times.

“Any items of clothing which are tried on or returned will be taken to a secure holding area to be steamed before returning to the shop floor.

“Our recommendation to customers is that if possible, to try garments on in store in order to mitigate the interaction rates, but of course, our standard returns policy will remain in place.

“As normal, all surfaces and products within the store will be continuously cleaned to the highest standard.”
